When you use your voucher we recommend you register it with us immediately.

This will lock the voucher to your account and immediately add the credit to your account, ready for you to start spending!
Once the voucher is locked and any credit associated with it cannot be transferred to another account.

Returning Goods to Owndress.com
In addition to the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item within 15 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it because our faults.
For returns made outside the Distance Selling Regulations, we will refund the monetary value after the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them. But sometimes you need to afford the fees.
Please note that owndress don't offer refund or change of the items in clearance activity.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging. For example, dresses are to be returned along with the original dresses packages. All goods will be inspected on return.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.
