You can contact us by email with all the details regarding the delivery that is taking longer than the shipping notice estimate, Owndress will get back to you with the courier's tracking number for the shipment and provide directions for using this number to learn the status of your shipment.

Total delivery time is composed of two parts. The one part is the processing time, from your payment receiving date to the order pack-up date. As all costumes on owndress.com are custom-made, here comes processing times for our different categories.
